OPPT - Human beings are legally free and sovereign

Especially during these times with a so-called, alleged, or pretended pandemic and associated measures and restrictions it is useful to remember that human beings are intrinsically free and sovereign. At least in a metaphysical and spiritual sense. If a human remembers / knows / feels his or her inner freedom and true essence, then it can also unfold in her or his outer life.
Human beings are also legally free and sovereign. That was achieved by "The One People's Public Trust 1776" - short form OPPT 1776, OPPT, or One People. In 2012 it was founded by 3 people and in 2012 / 2013 it was registered and legally valid accepted at the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code). The UCC is headquartered in Washington D.C. in the United States and comprises the highest or superior set of regulations for 194 states.

Overall the topic OPPT is extensive, far-reaching, and partly quite complex. Various kinds of information, working groups, and support concerning OPPT and its application can be found via telegram and on the internet.
OPPT
is not only a legal approach but comprises also metaphysical and
spiritual contents. That becomes obvious when reading OPPT documents and requires a certain level of comprehension, especially when somebody wants to apply the OPPT approach.
OPPT has provided various kinds of documents and legal procedures. Some of them are already known since 2013. Others were recently developed and prepared by people who are working on the advancement of the OPPT approach. Another documents and legal procedures are still under development. The implementation of some legal procedures is time-consuming because they require the dispatching of several properly filled and signed documents, some in the language of the country in which one lives and others in English. Via certified e-mail the documents need to be sent to many recipients, several are located in the country in which one lives and others especially in the United States. The author of this website has not (or potentially not yet) performed these procedures.
To apply OPPT documents and legal procedures successfully it requires a certain level of knowledge and comprehension and a proper inner conviction and inner strength. For example, in Italy people are working on the advancement and practical implementation of the OPPT approach, e.g. for the exemption from the Covid-related measures and restrictions. People were and are able to handle an encounter with authorities, police etc. successfully. For example, people can work in a company without masks, can move and travel freely, and can cross borders without being vaccinated and tested.

Important notes on this compilation and the two associated introductory pages:
1) The author of this website has prepared the compilation and filled and signed the document on page 3 at his own discretion and understanding.
2) If somebody wants to use this compilation (on one's own responsibility), then page 3 has to be replaced by a document which is filled and signed with her or his personal data.
3) The German-language document on page 3 is filled and signed by the author of this website and therefore it is only valid for him. The template was prepared by people from a German-language OPPT working group which is present in telegram.

5) If somebody wants to use this Word template and document, then the text parts which are highlighted in yellow have to be replaced by his or her personal data. The term nn-mmttjjjj stands for the uncapitalized first letter of the first and last name and the month, day, and year of the date of birth. The signature with first and last name is made with uncapitalized first letters and with violet or purple color. A finger print (red) is also part of the signing. Page 3 does not contain that section which follows the listing in the Word template.

So-called universal pass - Two examples for German-language countries
The universal pass declares your sovereignty which is based on OPPT. It has to be prepared by the owner, perhaps with support from a OPPT working group, a graphic agency, and / or a printing company. There are several types of designs but also some required contents.
Notes: DOAI means Declaration Of Application of I am, UP stands for Universal Pass, FB is a German-language abbreviation for "Freie Bewegung" (i.e. unrestricted freedom of movement), and IAM means just I AM

This example is based on a template which was created by a working group in Italy and comprises text in Italian and English. Then the text in Italian was translated into German. Furthermore, the author of this website has requested the modification of some details which were then graphically implemented in Italy. This example of an universal pass was made of a plastic material by a printing company in Italy.
